Apparently, this number goes to a general call center called "Client Services" -- gee that gives me a lot of information. When I asked WHAT company had called, they switched me over to what I believe must be a collection agency perhaps? They were looking for someone else entirely. I told them we have had our telephone number for 14 months and no one by the name they were looking for has had that number since May 2010!
