Text from 415-548-5002 located in San Francisco, CA (Northern California, 450 miles away) claiming to be Frank Bayer regarding a commonly available item on Craigslist listed in Southern California.  Uses typical Scammer Language saying he works on an Oil Rig, can't look at it in person, but wants to buy it without seeing it and will arrange to have his agent pick it up after Paypal is processed. Suggest Blocking this phone number.
