Scumbags at it again with robo call for energy survey to circumvent sales provision of prohibited practices of telecommunications act. Caller id is phony, this is a VOIP call so the caller cannot be readily traced.

Do not do business with these low life,do not give them personal information, they will just use it for identity theft.

A reputable business would not violate the DNC act or engage in robo-calls.

These scrotes keep calling for their phony energy plan.  They are still playing a game to claim they are complying with the law they know they are violating. Don't give them anything, don't press anything. They will just use your information and number to rip you off and give your information to other jerks.

Call is VOIP (internet) meaning call blockers won't work. If you don't like the calls, make a complaint at the Do Not Call List
