This guy calls my work asking questions for his daughter and her baby. He sounds like a lawyer or some official because of the way he talks. He was interrupting when I was answering his questions. He kept asking yes or no questions with his assumptions. I felt like I was on the stand in court or something! I saved this number at work on my DO NOT PICK UP list!

Got a call from this number with an automated option to press 1 to accept call or 2 to leave a voice mail with a woman talking in the background.  Hung up.

It's the collection service for traffic violations.  If your citation went unpaid and you failed to appear in court, the court uses this service to collect their payments.

Hi.  what is a number i can call back and how do i find out what they were calling about?
i called the SF Treasurer and they said they cannot help me.  i was on vacation for 5 weeks and got 10 messages with no information.  obviously it's important but they have no way to conveying what the issue is...
