Called my cellphone and left no voicemail message. I immediately called the number and got a recording saying the survey I was calling about as ended. How could "the survey" have ended when they called literally seconds before I returned the call and got their recording? Likely a SCAM. I've blocked the number.

Called my cell [which is on the DNC list] today left no message.

When I get these calls I always check the number here.  If I find a report the caller is blocked.
