I just recieved a call from 415-513-5915. A woman was on the phone and wanted me to give her my name. I knew then something was not right so I asked who she was and she refused to reply. She all of a sudden started yelling of the phone about a company called Previdion and a loan that was taken out in 2006. I advose the caller that I am a Law Enforcement Officer and to stop yelling at me. She comtinued to reply about the loan even after I told her that I had no such loan with that company in 2006. The caller then stated,"You will pay this loan off or else." I stated to the caller that I will do no such thing until MY questions are answered. She then hung up. I will be reporting this to the Federal Trade Commision ASAP. DO NOT give any information out! Tell them to send you some documentation.

They told me they were from a processing company and asked me to verify my SS#, which they read off. They then refused to tell me what the call was in regards to until I verified it. I refused. They told me to call if I changed my mind. Not a very solid plan if you ask me.

They call my cell phone and left a message that it was extremely important that they speak with me, however used a different name for me.

I received a call this morning at home from this number asking for my mother by her name.  My mother has never been at this number.  I called the number back and got someone named Shari.  When I questioned her about the call, she asked if I could get a number to my mother.  She gave me the number 866-583-0814, which according to some other posts, is the same number.  She said it was regarding a pending file and she gave me a number.  She then told me that she could not give me any more info as she was bound by federal law.  My thought was, if that is the case, then you would know that my mother has not lived with me in almost twenty years.  I then had to ask what company this was as it was never given to me.  She told me CRA.  I asked her what CRA was, and she told me "a legal processing office" and then she hung up.  Sounds to me a little weird if she hung up immediately.  Be careful.
