Andy or Eddie Parker, couldn't understand because of heavy accent, from Dept. of Legal Affairs.  Wanted my son to call him back at 415-506-2415.  Needless to say we won't be returning his call!

Had the same thing happen to me and when you call the number back no matter what time no one answers its an automated voice mail. its a scam for sure

Andy Parker, couldn't understand him because of heavy accent, from Dept. of Legal Affairs.  Wanted me to call him back at 415-506-2415. They called my parents house since i dont have a house phone and was asking for me to return the call. When i did nothing but an answering machine.

Yes just happened to me a few minutes ago , i did not answer had heavy accent and when i did try to retune call no answer just voice mail. Thanx for comments i knew i wasn't crazy.

Same as above - message on answering machine - called for my husband, said if we didn't call back, it would aggravate the legal matters worse - we have no 'legal matters'!
