I got a robotic type call from someone who said she was Julie Smith from the IRS and there was an "extremely time sensitive" matter I must address

I got a recorded call. Caller id said novato. The women said it was the irs and i needed an attorney or something. I hung up!

Been getting the same calls all day. Every time I call back a fellow named John Smith answers call than hangs up on me. Has to be a scam but surprised they identified themselves as IRS agents.
