Whomever they are, they not only called my cell phone 3 times and my home phone once (I rejected the cell call) and they called me back 2 minutes later (3:01 and 3:03 p.m. PST).  They also called at 8:01 a.m. my time (11:01 a.m. PST).  At the same time I got the 11:01 a.m. PST call, I got a call from the following number as well on my home phone.  They are also associated with the number 415-418-7998 as well and also called me at 12:01 p.m. my time (3:01 p.m. PST).  My home phone does not allow blocked numbers or unknown caller, so they had to call my home phone with their caller company name too.  Hope this helps.
