Answered, heard an automated voice say hello, and then it hung up.
I have a pay-as-you go AT&T plan where I'm charged $0.25 for receiving a call. Makes you wonder.

I have no outstanding debts (that I'm aware of) except for student loans. And this is the second time I've received a robo-call from Stellar Recovery Inc. The first call was from 415-504-1427. I never called them back.
