This guy just called me for the first time! The man with the indian accent, asking to talk to my attorney because I had a lawsuit against me. I told him in this country papers are served when a lawsuit is filed, you don't get a head's up phone call, lol. I hung up on himand he called back twice. He got mad when I asked him if this was a joke. I wouldn't confirm any of the info and he eventually hung up on me.

I worried and worried thinking what this might have to do with me.  I called and talked to someone at the FTC and she asked what they might be collecting.  I told her that there was nothing that to my knowledge knew of and we talked about the payday loan scam which fit because I did do a couple a year ago.  I was at work when that person called yesterday and it really had me upset and scared.  I am keeping close eye on my sensitive info. like she told me and not give them any info.  I probably would have but so many things didn't seem right and I was getting any answers to my questions.  I also was curious because of the attitude I got.  In addition, when I checked my caller id at home the number that was there was the number the guy told me to call to talk the this "Mike Anderson" attorney and to call him right then.  I just still can't get this out of my head!

I reported this number to the FTC because they keep calling me with threats for a loan I hv proof I paid back April 2011 but the calls just won't stop please help me

I received a phone call from the number at 8:06 in the morning a****le. This man had a strong indian accent and I could barely understand him. He said that this was a time sensitive matter and I need to call back. I was like, "wait I applied for a payday loan once before and had the same harrasement. "I played this game before.".I called the nimber back and an different man with an indian accent answered the phone saying "State attorny's office" I asked them what this was about and He told me I needed an attorny to call him for any information. I went along with him for a few minutes and then just told him that I've played this game before and that someone kept calling and calling and calling m telling me that the police are "gonna come pick me up" and guess what? Nothing happened. I then went on to tell them to f**k off and to stop c alling me." Last time I did this when I new this was a huge SCAM and they called me so much from all different numbers to the point where I had to change my number. This just happened so I don't know if they are going to call me over and over and over again. I really hope not!!!
