I have been receiving calls at my work from this number very hard to understand sounds like an Indian Woman threating me with a lawsuit.  First of all you can not understand her and secondally when I try to call the number back it is a busy signal or one one answers.  Don't know what to do.

These idiots have been calling me, they knew my full name and eveything. I think its  a scam. Not worried about it. If ever anyone receives a call from these jerk offs don't give them any more info of you or anyone!!!

Yes. I too have been harrassed on my cell phone and through my employer with countless messages and phone calls from these jerks! I have returned the call countless times and it must definitely be a scam or some sort of a fraud. The guy that claims his name is Gary (although he sounds as if he is from India) keeps calling saying that he is from the State of California's State's Attorney office is calling from 415-484-6151. I have asked him to get to the bottomline of his call and each time he has been rude, hung up on me and has even cursed at me! I have decided to harrass him to death and have called him back to back at leave 30x's he keeps hanging up the call! I think I will let him get a taste of his own medicine and keep calling for a while until he understands he has barked up the WRONG TREE! I have also reported this phone number to econsumer.gov for foreign fraud investigations and the FTC! I have contacted my bank and will be reported this fraud to the all 3 credit bureaus. I owe no one in the State of California or anyone for that matter! So I know he is a liar!!! Besides, his behavior is not one of an attorney, a law clerk, a paralegal or any other professional trying to collect a debt!

I got a call from 415-484-6151 and when they said i need a lawyer i know what it was. I made a mistake apply for a loan on the internet, people don't know but when you apply for a payday loan or a title loan or any kind of loan on the internet that company sells your infomation to the highest bid. You can file all the complaint you want but they will never fine them, because they change the phone and the companys name. The only way to stop them is for the goverment to stop payday loans and other loans on the internet.

Indian caller tells me that a defaulted on a loan from 8 years ago. I've checked all my records and can not find anything for it. Strange, it sounds just like all these other calls. And they called me at work to make it so much worse.
