I started getting calls from this number today out of the blue. They know my full name already.....  Every time they call it shows up as 415-484-6151. I answer, but its silent. I hang up and get notified I have a new voicemail message.  The message is the same EVERY single time....
A female with a heavy India/Pakistan accent claims her name is "Jessica Miller", and states she "needs you or your attorney to call. This is a time sensitive matter. Don't disregard this message. If you do not return the call and if we do not hear from attorney either all I can do is wish you luck for the situation that unfolds on you".  Sounds like a threat to me, but completely and utterly BS all the way around.
They called 7 times in 10 minutes. Finally after I attempted to call back I don't know HOW many times, I got someone to answer. He also had a heavy Indian/Pakistan accent.  I asked him to repeat the company name, and he said this is the "Law Firm Investigation Unit".  I said I had been getting harassing phone calls, and he constantly attempted to cut me off talking. He knew the name associated with the number already before I even said anything.... I am assuming they have caller ID or something similar.  Anyway, I continued to talk and told him I had already checked the number he was calling from and reported them to the FTC.  Once I said the word SCAM, he said "Goodbye" and hung up.  So, I called back repeatedly over and over. (The line would either go straight to a beep sound and have silence, or ring a few times followed by the beep sound and silence)..... When a male answered the phone, I said "Sucks to be harassed doesn't it?" "You are scammers who are reported to the FTC" and "I am recording all telephone conversations".  The calls have since stopped (for now).

I also suggest everyone else report these calls to the FTC. The number they called from is the same number in every voicemail message for me to call back...   415-484-6151

Same thing happened to me last Friday while I was out of town. I came back to the exact same message but from "George Holden" though he was hard to understand thanks to his accent. I reported them to the FTC and if they keep trying to harass me I will give them a piece of my mind.. I actually work at a law firm at they called my work number! Sorry guys, this is a REAL law firm and I know illegal extortion when I hear it!

These idiots called me today and my work. Said that I had to give them my attorney's number and fax number because the "sheriff" has an arrest warrant for me. I told her I'm not giving you any number and she said "are you crazy", I then said are you? She then hung up, I called back twice and didn't get an answer. On the third on a man answered and said I was laughing when she told me to give them my attorneys number. I told them to go Fck themselves and hung up. Stupid ppl from India tryna scam you. Told he his name was George Johnson, LMAO.

this number call my job saying they are a lw firm call my house several times when tried to call got no answer someone need to do something when i told them i going to call the police and give them this number the hung up and did not call no more.

This number has been calling my phone nonstop for 3 days I finally answer and an Indian sounding lady tells me she's from some law firm in California and I have a lawsuit against me. She says she places me on hold while I'm talking to me husband she gets back on the line screaming at me asking what I said, asking if I think I'm smarter than her, then she tells me to go get [***] and that she's going to [***] me..
