I received a call from this #. There was a message left for me. It was a female and all she said was "it's cold". There was stereo music in the back. It sounded like she was in a car.

This number dialed my phone, I answered, and it just said in a robotic voice, "goodbye." I only hope it's not some phone type tracker for those who pick up. It sounds to me like it is.
