Got the call and when I picked up a system message very difficult to understand was activated. I called back and got a man who was very difficult to understand as well, he was very rude and demand for me to identify my self with name and last name in order to tell me why his system called me, when I refused he hanged up the phone, but he did confirm that his system has been set up to call people like that.
