Heard the "click" when I was connected to the person at the other end *after* I answered the call.
She said she was calling about a PG&E notification.  I didn't listen to the rest and just hung up.
Wouldn't have answered except for the fact I've been expecting another call from the same area code.
Getting tired of these "energy" calls.
