I was called for my husband saying that they were going to take me to court for this payday loan that we never took out. He said that my husband can go to prison for 7 years

i also got a call from this number claiming that they have a lawsuit against me in the State of California. I live in another state. I know the debt collection procedures, and this is a big scam these scammers have been using another number using the same name and all. Total Scam. Beware folks if you attempt to get a cash advance or a payday loan on line.. even if you don't get one..these hackers will get your info and start calling you and harassing you. Until you get something in writing I would just ignore the calls.. or get on the phone with them and ask them questions..like when did i get this so called loan and who was the company that I got it from? What is my address..why have i not received anything in writing. Tell them to stop calling you and send something in writing. If they continue to call you even you tell them to stop..they are breaking the law and you can also tell them that. Good luck to anyone who has been having the same issues.

Received a phone call from these guys about a loan I didn't take out. Saying the loan company is pressing charges and I'll be extradited to California for criminal charges such as cyber fraud. A warrant will be  issued for my arrest. I'll spend 7 months in prison and have to 7,000 in court and lawyer fees. I judt laughed at the Indian dude and hung up on him. Funny thing is he never not once tell me my address. I know this is a scam because I did take out a payday loan from somewhere which I did pay back to the real debt collectors that sent me a letter of my debt, but before that I was getting phone calls saying I was going to jail for financial fraud and that I would be arrested that day that they called. I called them back the next day and told them that I had beautiful night sleep in my king size bed. Wasn't arrested then not going to be arrested now. Can't go to jail for being late on a payday loan. Especially on one you never received.

People from this Number is calling us and cursing us out telling us that we are going to jail for a loan that we never took out claiming to be a law office alot of people calling with heavy accents. Reported call to Verizon *57
