Keeps calling at dinner time, doesnt leave a message

Same thing happened to me.

Called around 7PM but did not leave a message

It is a vendor for Golden Gate University asking for donations.

I see a post saying this is a call from Golden Gate University soliciting donations but I get calls from this number every two weeks with no message-no nothing. Have blocked it on cell phone but can't stop them on home phone.
If above true turning the # over to the State Attorney General's annoying, fraud, etc unit.
Will call Golden Gate U tomorrow to inform them of my action.
