Caller left message that said she had "run my card" and it was not accepted; asked for another card "immediately."  When I called back, she did not know who I am, even though she knew my number. Obviously this is a FRAUD operation phishing for info.

I am calling the FBI.

THIS GUY IS HACKING ONTO YOUR COMPUTER......I NOTICED IT WHEN I HIT A BACK TAB AND IT SAID MORE THAN ONE USER IS ON YOUR COMPUTER AND LISTED THIS NUMBER.

CALL THE POLICE AND FILE A REPORT ON THIS NUMBER.....

They called me on my cell and I rejected their call. I called them back three times from my work number and it was always a busy signal. Sounds like a scam or phisher to me!
