I have received phone calls from this number in the past and now twice in the past week. When I call back I get a busy signal.  I would like to know who the mystery phone stalker is.  I have a feeling it is a glitch in an automated calling service. Whoever you are, take me off your call list and stop calling.

I'm getting the same thing.  Repeatedly.  Not sure who this is yet, but I'm going to figure it out eventually.

Get repeated calls from this number.
