Had a voice mail from this number. Auto mated female voice says she is from the I.R.S....I'm suspicious

I received a call from them today saying that I owe the IRS money from back in 2007 said it was 6458.98. Also said letters were mailed out to months ago. And that now then sheriff will be out to arrest me either today or Monday....I asked what address that had for me it was a very old address the gave.....said court cost could mount up to 12,000 plus I asked if I called pay to day she was like I have to check with her manager....and guess what? They said I could pay....its a scam if nothing else the government knows our location at all time...when I talked to her it was all type of legal codes and [***] she read to me off of the letter but when I asked her iD number she didn't have any info for me....this is definitly a scam people
