has called 4 times and hasn't left a message

this number just called me and left no voicemail. what are they?

They called me twice and didn't leave a message.  On the third time I answered and it was Bella Pictures, a wedding photographer.  I had entered a sweepstakes on theknot.com for a free wedding package from them, and now they're trying to sell me on their regular packages.
