This is a recorded message pretending to be a live person: very annoying! You say, "Hello?" and the recorded woman's voice says, "Hello? Hello? Are you there? This is so-and-so on a recorded line..." And then something about a Caribbean cruise... lol, whatever. They've called me, like 4x in the past few days.
