This number has called twice in addition to another caller calling once. I don't answer in hope that they'll quit.

Called for my wife, and said that it was an EMC survey. Since she works for EMC I gave her the phone. She told them that she wasn't interested, and hung up. They called back FOUR times every 45 minutes. The last one was 15 minutes ago, so we'll see if they call again. Definite indian accent, with a spoofed number.
