Why would an A plus rated collection firm enter into a robo call to people from all over the country that happens every 15 minutes.  This number belongs to a health scam operation.

They called my work/government cell phone.  The male (actually sound American, not from India) said he was calling me about an online health insurance inquiry.  I asked him the name of the person that made the inquiry.  He hung up.
