same number same story, no message, second time calling, I can hear background noise like a call center.... this call is to my land line ....

I received a call from this number (45) 366-6021. She didn't leave a number or message, but said she was with Youth Services (?0 and would try again another time.

I get repeat calls from this number with the caller ID 'Belvedere CA'. This is a city in which I own a home, so I am tempted to answer, but it is a youth program calling for money?

I just did a reverse number look up and it states that the number it's actually a land line registered in Redwood City, CA which is in the south bay, not the north bay where supposedly Belvedere, CA is...
it's registered to a 56 yr old person... have to pay if I want more info... sounds like a scam to me.
