(415) 366-5115 called at 7 pm. Caller ID said "Belvedere Tiburon". Blocked them fast!!!

Received call from a guy claiming to represent a charity for state troopers. Advised him I only give to local charities and to remove my information since I am not donating to them. Hung up and will see about blocking the number.
