Received this call on my personal cell phone number but didn't answer it as I didn't recognize the number. No message left. I called the number back twice and received busy signal. Scam call.

Received call from thsi number, location Belvedre,ca. Didn't answer, they left no message. Which is why I don't answer unfamiliar number. If they are legit they will leave a message.
