Call but never leave a message

I got a call too, from 415-366-0276, didn't leave a message.

got a couple calls from 415 366 0276 .   must be junk: they don't leave message.

This number calls me three or four times a day. I never answer, but the really stranf thing if it is that the name on the caller id comes up as my cell phone name. I've blocked the number but very disturbing that my cell phone appears to be compromised.
