Caller ID was "CALIFORNIA," and there was no message left.  I tend to think this number might be related to calls with the caller ID "HOME SAFETY " we've received from 415-363-9786.  Notice the very similar numbers.  Presumed telemarketer.

Caller ID says San Francisc CA. I did not answer and they called again right afterwards. No message was left.
