called 4 times in 2 hrs no message left

I just got the call from this and it's a BOT. It's local from me so I answered but it's not real person talking so I hanged up.

Missed the call. Good to know it was nothing important. Now I can ignore it. Frustrating, since I have family in California.

Caught the tail end of a recorded female voice saying,  "...  I sent the callers voicemail.  Goodbye."  Caller ID says "Health Office"

This number called my business today and a woman (which sounded like a computer voice, but she was able to hold a conversation) was trying to sell me a "Call a doctor anytime for free" program.  She said the company was National Health (vague) when I asked several times.  I asked for their website and she stated that they do not have one.  Who does not have a website in 2014?  Big red flag, so I told her I was not interested and she kept on talking, so I hung up.  Very pushy and trying not to deviate from her script.  Must be a scam feeding off of the ACA.
