They called me this morning at 3:22am

Got a call at 1:40 am!  Caller Id says Galaxy Fitness :/

If you were called by this number, please contact the CEO of the telecom company that owns the number, and ask him to disconnect the number.

I filed a complaint with my state's attorney general's office.  Apparently the "Do Not Call" list is useless for the time being.  These calls are actually originating overseas even though the numbers are US numbers.  There is a huge class action suit in progress right now to attempt to stop these "Robo" calls.  If you manage to get in touch with a human (I have once or twice) and you tell them you are on the do not call list, it's an immediate hang. up.  Long story short, they're scammers.

None - didn't hear the phone ring and no voice mail was left.  According to the Attorney General's office in my state, these are "Robo Calls" originating from overseas.  There is a class action suit going on right now regarding it, but until they're stopped, the "Do Not Call" list is rendered useless for these calls.  If you press "2" to be removed from their list, 48 hours later, you get the same call originating from another area code.  legitimate outfits will respect the "Do Not Call" list.  These people don't/won't.
