This is a machine generated call that purports to be from The Canada Revenue Agency (Canadain equivalent of the IRS,) threatening legal action against you because of some sort of supposed tax problem.  They want you to call them back....  Since the calls appear to originate in the USA they cannot be representing The Canada Revenue Agency.  I think this is a scam to separate you from your money and give you nothing in return.

Your caller is a Scammer. Probably a Pakistani. Not even the Indian Scammers are so inept as to spoof a US number to use to try to Scam Canadians.

when back tracing a number it should show as coming from Canada revenue  it definitely does not.  Canada Revenue even if you had a verbal conversation MUST send written notices. This is usually done prior to the phone call though.

Another scam. I got one from Toronto area over a month ago. But this one is from California!!?? They should know better.
