I got the same message on my cell phone. Terrible accent, difficult to understand. Robot call I think that says "federal investigation ....... your address"

According to the news story about this yesterday, many of these scammers are overseas so can't be deported. Too bad.

Update- reported to IRS. The part of the message about me and my residence gave me pause. I don't think there's a risk but does anyone have any thoughts on this?
