i keep getting random messages in a different language from this number. they appear to be solicitations of some kind. when i call it back -- i get a dial tone.

called my number and hung up several times. don't know who it is. Called back but you get a dial tone and then busy signal. Usually on a sunday afternoon.

Same thing.  Called back, got a dial tone

When I tried calling back the number, it says the number you dialed is no longer in service.

A young, accented female voice that I couldn't hear very clearly at all claimed she was from domain registration services and that for some reason I couldn't understand, they couldn't use my email address - she apparently had my domain name.  She wanted to send me a one-page fax.
