Claimed to be calling about new meter. Spoke to elderly woman here. He knew her name, date of birth, address. He asked her what insurance she had. She told him the he asked for account insurance numbers and she then realized she should not give out any info. So I guess he accomplished confirming the name address, phone number and date of birth we valid. He said his name was John and she thinks he has called before.
