I don't have a Bank of America account and never took out a payday loan. If they do not give u a validation of debt than u do not have to pay them s***. The local police said do not give them any information or pay them anything until they send u proof. Plus I called the company they keep saying I took money from and the company has no info on me. Plus they will never take you to court or threaten u for a pay day loan.  That's what the pay day loan company informed me.
