I found the owners of this company and am in the process to sue them.

Note that if they call you and you are not the person in question you should call them back and speak to a Manager.
BEWARE: These people are not educated.  They are not there to listen to anybody (even if they are auto-dialing your new cell phone number).  

You can sue them for up to $10,000 in small claims court for harassment and breaking the laws for debt collection if they keep calling you and do not take any action to correct the problem.  

SUE. SUE. SUE.  Call them and with another cell phone record the conversation - tell them you are doing this as they tell you that their calls are recorded.  Then they will hang up on you repeatedly.  Do this for 2 or 3 attempts on different days.

Log in the time that you are wasting.

You can sue them for your time being wasted and for them not taking the right protocols to take you off their calling list.  Sue for the full $10,000.  A judge will give you at least $1,000 or more once you show your case.

IF YOU OWE MONEY - THEN YOU CAN NOT DO THIS - ONLY IF THEY CALL YOU AND YOU ARE NOT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR CAN YOU DO THIS.  

I get a call that I let go to voice mail. The message says the call is for a Rose McGruder and if I am not Rose press a button. Since when do you have to opt out of a "wrong number" call?
Then the message says to call another number to respond.
