THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM DO NOT PAY....WAIT TIL A REAL COLLECTION COMPANY CALLS AND ASK FOR A SETTLEMENT ITS CHEAPER ALL THESE PEOPLE R ARE EMPTY THREATS AND BAD BAD BAD! COLLECTORS AND ARE UNLAWFUL PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY R NOT AWARE OF THE LAWS IN THE US.

Scam Artists just tried to swindle $500.00 from me telling me that I had a Law suit for not making payments. Called Credit Card company they reffered to but the Credit card associate said they did not send any off my accounts in Collection or the Law firm Baker & MacKenzie law firm in San Fran..........PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT. To me it seems it could someone who called me 2 days back telling me that I won $500.00 from a survey that i filled up online. They would charge me $1.00 to send me the kit along with the gift card. That's where I gave them my card number & at the same time called my credit card company to make sure these guys charge me $1.00 only. These must be the same guy's that called me back for the account # that I gave them for collection.

I got a call from this number saying that i have taken loan from some company and they have filed case against me for not paying so because of this they going to arrest me and produce in front of court to settle this which would cost $8000.
For settling out of court i need to pay $786 to them and this case will be closed said by one of the lady katy watson.

That's the same thing they said to me 2day except they say I owe $250 and if I go to court, its $8000. Thank u
