The caller claiming to be Shaniel Bell &  Jack Robert Rodgers & John Anderson said they were from "capital joy development" ,according to caller id call came from Jamaica ,they were looking for investors in the "mgrids" system of detecting contraband , I believe the "mgrids" system of detecting contraband is real however I think if you were to send the caller your money you would only be investing in there scam, I don't think the caller has anything to do with Northrop Grumman's  "mgrids" system, I don't think Northrop Grumman needs to cold call people in Canada.
