CID shows no company name, just from Novato, Cal. The guy claimed to be a Microsoft Tech Support Desk "partner" and wanted to get access into my computer to perform required diagnostics. When I refused he suggested I give myself a hug to relieve my bad attitude. I asked to be removed from calling list and he said he would remove me from HIS calling list, but that would not prevent calls from their "many other partners" until I "handled my business. Clearly a scam to get PC access. MS does NOT make cold calls.

early this morning , and multiple other times... rep./ Microsoft and that my present protection company was bought out to them as subsidiary company under them as partners.. asked for security passcode, could not do that.. wanting access as above individual to my system. told them sorry, no passcode, no entry. american male caller, very polite. I hung up. looked up this number.. NOT!!
