Total scam. Originates in India and Pakistan. IRS does NOT initiate contacts by phone. US mail only. Ignore and block the calls.

This call came into my cell phone. The person left a message saying she was calling from the IRS which I knew right away it could not be. Her voice sounded like a scammer's voice. When IRS calls they leave a name and a badge number not a lame message that his, hardly speaking English person left.

Internal revenue service never makes phone calls PERIOD! They send offical government notifications in the U.S. Mail
