got a spanish guy. i hung up and called the number right back and the call did not go through. I got disconnected.

This was a call to my cell. It was an unknown number for me, so I looked it up online and the number is listed in a Reverse Directory as "Land Line; Teleport Communications; San Francisco, CA"

This number called me on my cell -- nothing said.
