called no voicemail left

Same,..  I am in Salt Lake.

Same phone message.  I'm in SoCal this call is from San Francisco.  The robo call disconnected at the end of the message when I didn't respond.  Since my meter was changed when I put in solar and I generate more power than I use, this can't be anything but a scam.

I called them back.  Spammers. No answer and recording says they changed their number.  After 30 seconds they changed their number?

Caller ID "LOCAL".  Did not select the prompts to bypass my call screening device.
