I was very close to getting extorted for $4000 by Jose Solis. He tried to obtain a rental deposit for a unit he apparently owned during the showing without a credit application/etc. His email is: josesolis12@gmail.com and cell phone is: 415-279-6725.
I believe he works for Splunk in San Francisco as an engineer (http://jose.chilediseno.com/). Beware of his scamming attempt when showing rental properties. Renter beware!
