Calling constantly. I am registered on the Do Not Call Registry, but it doesn't seem to help.

I am receiving calls from YVM (650) 888-2696 everyday and when I answer they say nothing nor will they leave a message on my answering service, and when I call back there mailbox are full and can't leave no message
