The caller left a really garbled message with what sounded like beeps to indicate the call was being recorded. I could not understand a single word of the recording.

I could not understand anything on the voicemail either - all 4 minutes of it! The voice sounded like an American male and could have been selling something as the voice sounded like a sales call, but it was too garbled to understand.
