i've received 2 calls so far today, 6/9! recording said me or my lawyer should call this # asap, do not delete or ignore this call. identified themself as an irs agent. # 415-251-9738:

I got two messages too, with same number and different agent name.

automated message stating to call with a very serious matter -they need us to call immediately or have us give them our attorney of record- the IRS does not leave automated voice mails!!!SCAM ALERT!!!!!

Received call from 415 251 9738 but let phone record computer generated message.  Message said, as best I can remember, don't disregard this time sensitive message intended for you.  I need you or your attorney of record to contact me before we take any legal actions against you.  I am Officer Hadda Gray from Internal Revenue Service at 415-251-9738.  Gave a good day.

Received a threatening message from someone claiming to be Agent Heather Gray from the IRS.
