Just got a bogus IRS type message on my VM saying there is an error on my tax return and I owe money,,,have not even done the return yet and I owe nothing.....from the little bits of info I COULD understand, he's an Indian dude said his name was David Potter...watchout for this one!!!!

Got the same call from This so called "tax litigation dept". Guy with an East Indian accent. It's a SCAM. The IRS will never call you. They will send you a letter if there is an issue. I was tempted to call back and harass them.

We just received a message from 415-251-8361 and said the same thing.  Something wrong with our income tax!  Definately do not call this number!!!!!!!!!

I got the same message from this exact phone number 3 hour ago. Very strong accent with a threat to proceed a tax litigation. Never never call back.
