He said his name is John Jay and that he worked for Better Home Construction. I looked it up on yelp and found Better HomeS Constuction and THAT is a legit business. John Jay was fired from that company according to the owner Bruce. I tried to call back to cancel the appointment and it's a Magic Jack number with a full mail box so you can't even leave a message. We'll see if anyone shows up for the appointment. If so I will try to get a business card and more info so Bruce can stop the nonsense this guy is pulling!!

Caller ID shows it coming from Novato, CA, where I live.  "It" calls me several times a day, no one answers.  

Got a call but did not answer . . . Recently i have  been receiving calls from people who just want to get into my house . . . Even offering to do work for less that $30 . . . Two men. . . . $29.95? . . . Doing what? . . . Cleaning my vents; ducts, etc.  ?? . . . Why?  What's in my house that they want to look at? . . . Or whatever? . . . Case my property? . . . ??  Telephone solicitation is NOT really necessary this day and time . . . It doesn't really make sense for some company to have to depend on drumming up business like that.

Received the call 4:51pm. Answered because I thought it may be from a Dr's office. No one was on the other end of the call. I hung up.
